PA & PEX Pipe Press Fitting (16mm-32mm)
1. CUT the PA pipe with the cutter
2. ROUND & REAM the PA pipe with reamer
3. INSERT the ss 304 cap
4. CHECK the pipe complete insertion thru circle window
5. CLAMP the ss cap with a manual pressing tool
6. PRESS the ss cap with a hydraulic pressing tool. ENSURE the pressure reach 65 MPa and 3 cramped lines.
7. FINAL CHECK the joint: 3 cramped lines observed

PA & PEX Pipe Press Fitting (40mm-63mm)
1. CUT the PA pipe with pipe cutter(swivel type for large diameter)
2. ROUND & REAM the PA pipe with reamer
3. INSERT the ss 304 cap
4. INSERT the PA pipe into the press fitting
5. CHECK the pipe complete insertion thru circle window
6. PRESS the ss cap with a hydraulic pressing tool
7. ENSURE the pressure reach 65 MPa and 3 cramped lines
8. The fitting SAME installation for the PEX pipe
MPO Compression Fittings (16mm-32mm)
1. CUT the PEX pipe with a simple pipe cutter
2. PRE-SLOT IN the nut onto the PEX pipe
3. EXPAND the PEX pipe with a pipe expanding tool
4. INSERT the expanded PEX pipe until the end of the fitting
5. FASTEN & TIGHTEN the nut onto the fitting body completely
6. APPLY the “white tape” onto male threading but not to over-tighten
